The Thing
It's been 29 years since John Carpenter's The Thing, 60 years since the 1951 movie The Thing From Another World, and 73 years since the original 1938 John W. Campbell novella "Who Goes There?" Now comes this prequel to the 1982 John Carpenter version. Just to be confusing, it's also called The Thing. One thing remains the same: When you're at a scientific base in one of the coldest, most dangerous places on Earth, it's a bad thing when there's a shape-changing alien who wants to kill everybody.
