Andy Griffith on DVD
November 16th is a big day for the DVD market and if classic TV is your piece of Pie then you don't want to miss the release of this classic TV tradition. You get the first full season on 4 dual sided discs that include all 32 episodes from 1960-1961 for only 27.99 if you order from Amazon.
I would like to have seen some extras but with a show like this you just watch it and relax. Andy Grffith is like an old couch; it may not look as good the new ones but once get you settled, it just feels right. If you have a son of your own I suggest you buy this set for no other reason than to share it with him like your dad did with you.
If that isn't yo thang you can check out Chronicles of Riddick or Elf instead.

I'm looking forward to the outtakes where Aunt Bea is liquored up and telling Floyd what she wants to do with his barber pole.
