Features
Video:
Widescreen enhanced with only a few spots where you can see
the age of the master. A few pinhole type spots and a streak
at one point. Doesn't really distract from the picture though.
Audio:
Good use of surround effects without over doing it. Dolby
Digital 5.1 thank goodness.
Extras:
A trailer and some production notes, no big deal.

Quick Take
You'll
be glad you have a pause button when watching this movie. Don't
get me wrong, its a very interesting film, but with a running time
of over 3 hours you're gonna need to take a break or two.
The
Right Stuff tells the story of America's race to put a man in orbit
and also takes a look at what type of man it takes to be a test
pilot. This isn't lightweight viewing by any means, but it's well
worth the time it takes to watch it. It also makes a good movie
to play for relatives when you want them out of your hair for 3
hours.
It's
also a great movie to have on hand when you want to watch some rockets
explode!
